The original Oktoberfest also known as the beer party is one of the German historical and cultural celebrations and it is celebrated in Munich. This celebration was held for the first time in 1810 and is held annually between September and October. During this celebration more than 7,500,000 liters are consumed and it has an attendance of 6,000,000 people from all parts of the world.
The Oktoberfest Barcelona it is conceived as a popular festival, organized in the purest German style and it is totally free. It begins on October 11th and it lasts 12 days, it’s made in Plaça Univers of Fira Barcelona Montjuïc next to Plaza Espanya. The main carp with more than 5,000 m2, has a limited capacity, so that in order to guarantee your space, we recommend you to make a table reservation.
At this festival there will be live music, you will listen polka music and dj’s to encourage the party, also there will be bavarian food, bavarian decoration and beer guaranteed. And for the smallest ones of the family, a children’s area will be enabled with activities and small attractions.
