Keep in mind that from July 1st we are open for all tours/experiences. We take all necessary
measures to ensure that your experience is not affected.
In order to guarantee the safety of both the visitors and the team, In-Out has adapted all the hygiene
and safety protocols in accordance with the requirements set by the competent and valid
organizations and authorities at each stage.
We are totally flexible in terms of reservations, refunds and date changes. Book a new experience
with confidence. Flexibility guaranteed.
In Out offers a new policy that allows you to cancel, refund or reschedule your tour without
penalty 24 hours before the excursion.
Our security measures for COVID-19:
- Face masks provided for travelers.
- Face masks required for travelers and guides inside the van/private transportation.
- Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff.
- Face masks required for travelers and guides in public areas.
- Social distancing enforced throughout experience (walking and bike tours).
- Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas.
- Gear/equipment sanitized between use.
- Transportation vehicles sanitized after every excursion.
- Guides required to regularly wash hands.
- Regular temperature checks for staff.
- Temperature checks for travelers upon arrival.
- Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms.
- Stringent Cleaning: We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high-traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.
- Wellness Checks: Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
